Honoring Bill Brazill
Bridget Dolan, Staff
The Elk Studio Gallery has announced a show of work by those current and
former photography students of Bill Brazill who grew up in the village of Elk.
It is a community which frequently produces wonderfully accomplished young adults
with a finesse that far exceeds what might be expected in so tiny a place.
While celebrating the gathering of Elk's fine young photographers and their work,
we also welcome the opportunity to honor Bill Brazill who, as our local high school
art teacher, has been so instrumental in guiding the artists and is retiring after
33 years.
Please join them for the reunion and opening reception on June 16th from 5-7pm.
Bill Brazill will give the latest in our series of Art Talks at 7pm, followed
by a wine tasting and treats and sweets.
The show runs through July 19th,
Elk studio Gallery
6031 S.Hwy 1,
Elk. 877 1128
