Dance Party New Years Eve

The folks of Caspar have been partying on New Year's Eve since the start of the new millennium. Next Tuesday night, December 31st at 8pm, Caspar will celebrate their second New Year's Eve at their Community Center (once the Caspar Schoolhouse). "This is such a perfect venue for a party," enthuses Dalen Anderson, Center manager and the party's mastermind. "The north room rocks when ¡Mambo This! gets going, and the south room allows for an expansive food spread as well as a place to sit and talk. I think this year we'll have our best New Year's Eve celebration ever!" For more info call 964-4997.

Senior Chirstmas Dinner

Once again the Fort Bragg Loins will host the Senior Christmas Dinner at the Lions Club on Tuesday, Dec. 25 on Redwood Street, Fort Bragg. The champagne will start flowing at 11am with dinner from noon to 2:30pm. For those who can't attend, the Lions will gladly bring the dinner to you. All you need to do is call the Senior Center at 964-9443 to get on the list. Merry Christmas from the Fort Bragg Lions.

Holiday Open House

Punch, holiday cookies and treats will be served at the open house given by The Alzheimers Day Care Resource Center at Redwood Coast Senior Center. This event will take place on Friday, December 14 from 4:30 to 6:30pm. Attend and view their new interior design and preview great Senior Christmas projects. This will also be a good opportunity to meet the center's staff and get acquainted with activities, services and programs at the center. It is located at 490 N. Harold St. in Fort Bragg. Adopt A Family for Christmas

Project Sanctuary, a nonprofit agency to assist victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, is once again sponsoring its annual Adopt-A-Family program, which matches donors and clients to help provide a merrier Christmas for all. Donors can be indivuduals, families, organizations and businesses. Project Sanctuary will provide a profile of clients and their children, with all the pertainent information to guide donors.
